I really enjoyed this store and their customer service was great! The owner was great and she was able to answer all of our questions. They had lots of exotic birds in the store.

Wow! This place is unbelievable. Very knowledgeable staff with NO pressure to buy anything. The selection of animals is amazing! I would recommend them hands down over any other store I have seen for miles around.

We have bought 5 birds with them, 2 macaws and 3 love birds. They are super patient with you when you have questions, they’re extremely nice, they don’t get bothered if you’re indecisive, they make you feel welcome, and they sell beautiful healthy birds. I recommend 100%! Stop by if you’re looking for an exotic pet. They sell from Macaws to snakes and fishes. They are amazing and have great prices! They also sell all the products you need to raise your pet. Contact them asap!!!

Best experience I’ve had! I bought birds from somewhere else & I was shopping around in their store for bird food and I let them know what was going on, the lady was so nice and offered good advice and even gave me a little medicine for my sick bird for free. No one does that now a days, they always want to charge for everything and get you to buy anything they can sell to you. My bird got fully better and made 100% recovery. Now I got chameleons from them and it has been the best decision I could have made. They are always there for you if you need advise

I bought a Red Lored Amazon it was the most friendly bird I have ever owned coming out of the cage coming home and. On its second week saying 2 words already he is attached to me already and really tame think he is a human. The store is clean and prices are fair. All birds get hours of flying time every day and only are in their cages for minimal time and for sleeping.

I was shopping for a small bird and stop at the Exotic Pets and found my bird there a Cocktail and was so happy to pick my bird to take home. The owner and the staff people are so friendly and make you feel so welcome there to see the birds there. And they are helpful to answer your questions about the birds. Then the 2 nd time we came back to buy a Macaw bird. The pet store has beautiful birds and is clean and reasonably price. Thank you so much for their service

Wow, what an amazing pet store, I was blown away with how incredibly clean and organized this store is. The owner Wendy as so true and pleasant, she provided me with so much great information, she also made me feel at ease. All exotic birds are so beautiful, I would definitely recommend this shop…100% will return.
